"Had to call a number for someone to come check us in. Our room was clean. Bed was firm. Pillows not so nice, but we had our own so no problem. It is OK for an overnight stay. Not sure I would stay 2 nights."

"Everything was great- we arrived at almost midnight, check in was easy . Everything was convenient. Only thing is, this was the first I’ve stayed at that would not allow mea late check out.( I am also VIP-) and I travel a lot."
