「There are so many points that I would not recommend this property at all. First of all the location on Expedia is not correct and the property is located in a really remote area. Nothing in the neighbourhood! No restaurants at all. The only positive point was a local grocery store which was giving you the regular prices without scamming you as a tourist. But please keep in mind, if you don’t have a car, you can’t even go to the store after the dark as the area is populated with many dogs....

「Feels like HOME!! Amazing view from the rooftop!!! Although a bit aged, the flat is very wellcoming. Mohamed, the owner, was quick to solve our minor problems with running water.」

「This is a hotel with a good location but average facilities. We booked 2 rooms of 30 square meters, but the size difference was obvious. There was no bathtub as marked. We suspected that the room was downgraded. We booked a view of the Nile River, but it was only a side view, which was very average. And the sunshine time was very short. At night, there was a lot of noise from motorcycles and cars around, and the windows were not soundproof at all.」

「The location is great, just two minutes from the Luxor temple. Unfortunately, the room I got was dirty, below the bed was so much dust that I couldn't breathe properly. The soap dispenser are broken. My room was next to café/ bar where people talk until 3 AM, very noise, I had a hard time sleeping. The staff was ok.」

「A wonderful place to stay. The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you need. The restaurant serves delicious food at very reasonable prices — I was never disappointed with a single meal. They also assisted me in organizing my day trips with a reliable and trustworthy guide, which made the experience even better. And as a bonus, they even have a very cute cat that adds to the charm of the place. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 🐾」

「旅館所在地離市中心有段距離，到各大景點都不太方便，必須搭texi或minibus，需要額外負擔交通費，房間舒適但浴室水龍頭水量很小，偶爾還會沒有熱水，連住兩天但沒有客房清潔。旅館經理人不錯，但員工不太誠實（請他幫忙代訂火車票結果索取高價）。雖為三星旅館但CP 值不高，相信有更好選擇。」

「Hard to find anything bad to say about his place. Breakfast was incredible, staff wonderful, pool nice, and comfortable beds. Also try the Sunflower restaurant just down the street for a lunch snack.」
