We spent 1.25 hours arguing back and forth even though our receipt showed exactly what type of room we were supposed to get. Property staff gave us two different explanations for mix up. Äußerst freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal von der Putzfee über die Kellner bis zu den Rezeptionisten - jeder hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Der Pool ist groß, mit Liegen drumherum.
