「We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. So i went to this hotel not very happy, but for my greatest surprise we had a wonderful time in the hotel, everyone was so good in their mansion my kids enjoyed every day of their stay in...

「Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! 」

「Internet was very bad and some small issues with the toilet. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was very nice to us, the pool, bar, reception was cool. Good cooking utensils but no salt, pepper or oil etc was given which is unnecessary to buy yourself. Coffe machine, toaster, water cooker were good to have. Room was old but well kept. 5 min to the beach」

「I enjoyed my stay here, even though it was very short. Just to sleep before an early morning flight. I really appreciated how they assisted me in arranging a taxi to the airport the night before my flight. And, since I’d be missing the included breakfast, they packed me a bagged breakfast/lunch of donuts, a sandwich, an apple, and a bottle of water. Very kind of them and exceptional customer service.
