Best Western Plus Temecula Wine Country Hotel &Suites
For $250 per night, it was very poor. Pictures make it look new and it’s not. Felt ripped off and other guests were loud in the hallway at 2:30am. Couldn’t leave fast enough. Disappointing!!!

The room was clean, we even checked the mattress, and all linen, including towels. The toilet seat was wobbly but we forgot to report it. The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... ...

Staff at lobby do not answer fast and keep transferirg calls until someone can answers your questions. Room clean but found spiderweb at windows and some trash under beds.
