"When we arrived to check in at 4p, our room was not ready. We only had to wait 10 minutes extra but we were surprised to hear that there were only two house keepers for the entire hotel which was the cause for the delay. The hotel should have more staff. These poor housekeepers had so much pressure to clean but we were very impressed with how clean our room was given the circumstances. The hotel was undergoing some renovations- it should be disclosed when booking. Lastly, we could hear every conversation from our neighbors room above us. They walked like elephants and we even heard the man snoring throughout the night. This is really unacceptable. If you don’t mind the last part, it’s a great place but if you’re looking for something a little more cozy and quiet, I would go to another hotel. We paid a lot for one night and were pretty disappointed."
