One member of the front desk staff was also very rude to me (the rest were very kind). The bathroom light didn’t work. The sheets and duvet were too thin for my liking. On the positive side, the room was very spacious, the location was pretty good, and we had a wonderful view"

"Two nights with no heat in the room. Staff blaimed the WiFi, had to 'hard re-boot' my room 3x, then said 'engineering had left for the night.' Offered an extra blanket. But no portable heater. "

"It was spacious and quiet!!!! It also had lots of lobby space and also outdoor seating area by the pool. The bed was comfortable as well. It was in a good central downtown location but about a block away from all the loud craziness of downtown. "

"All staff was excellent, and I appreciated the available coffee! Overall I thought the price I paid ($497) for two nights was far too high for the quality of the hotel, and I have regrets about booking at La Quinta. I do understand that it was SXSW and prices are likely higher around that time. "
