"I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay. The shower in the room was extremely poorly designed and created both safety and comfort concerns. Water sprayed from the shower directly onto the bathroom floor, creating a slipping hazard. The grab bar was positioned away from the shower area, making it ineffective for anyone needing support while entering or exiting the shower. The soap bar was mounted next to the open shower area.
In addition, the open shower-door design allowed a significant cold draft into the shower area, making it very uncomfortable to use. The showerhead was mounted so high that it was difficult to reach and adjust. Overall, the shower design was impractical, inconvenient, and one of the worst I have encountered. Going forward, I will carefully review shower and bathroom designs before booking accommodations, and I will not stay at this property again.
I was also disappointed with the food service. The chicken wings I ordered were severely overcooked and burnt. The smell was so strong that it lingered throughout the lobby area, creating an unpleasant environment for guests.
Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected my experience, and I cannot recommend this property based on my stay."
