「When we arrived and was assigned room 311 the door would not open tried several times. Went downstairs was assigned room 325. When we went in the air conditioner was froze up as someone had set it on 44 it was 77 in the room. The room had a very foul odor (probably due to no air circulation).Go downstairs again, (t he girl at the desk was extremely nice each time and apologetic).
