「The staff were very helpful. There were plenty of close by stores and transportation」

「Muy buen servicio」

「Solid hostel for what you pay. It's clean, quite, comfortable. The bathrooms are a little small and there is no elevator so if you come with a big suitcase/luggage it will be uncomfortable. Apart from that would highly recommend the place. It's also in Roma Norte which makes it a quite safe area」

「The location is great, very close to zocalo (~5 min walk). The staff is super nice, always being friendly, and willing to answer all your questions. The breakfast is simple, but enough. Wifi signal is not good in the room, but it does not matter if you just need to sleep in the room. The room was a bit hot when I was there (early April) because the windows were always closed (to avoid the noise from the street) and there was only one big fan on the roof; the fan is quite noisy but it's ok if you...

「The location of this hostel is very good, the room is tidy and clean and staff are really helpful! Overall it’s a very great hostel for this price, just one thing, the lights in the bathroom and toilet area is not enough, sometimes i feel kind of spooky when taking shower in very dark lighting, would be perfect if they can make bathroom area brighter!」

「Casa Pancha is the nicest hostel I have ever stayed at! Our private room was amazing and all the volunteers were incredibly helpful. Definitely would recommend」
