"When we arrived there were road blocks FIFA 2026 the staff meet us there, Cesar greeted us took our luggage and escorted to the hotel, all staff including the concierge desk extremely helpful and courteous always asking if we need any assistance 👍the staff also kept our room very clean. The cafe and restaurant served very good food. One thousand percent will return staff was very helpful enjoyed our stay. Also the concierge desk knew we were celebrating our anniversary and when we returned to our room they had decorated for our anniversary ❤️ Thank you, Joe & Maria 6/2026"
