"The room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. We are repeat travellers to Mexico City and we always stay here. The breakfast is always superb. Lots of healthy options. The little food/snack bar on the main floor is a great service and is included with the stay. The world outside this hotel can be noisy and chaotic, but it feels like stepping into an oasis of calm when you return to the hotel. The rooms are surprisingly quiet given the location. Despite the noise and chaos of the Zocalo, we never felt unsafe in the surrounding neighbourhood, day or night."

"Por tercera o cuarta vez, notifico el problema que tuve en el cuarto durante mi estancia, la primer noche, todo bien, la segunda noche me di cuenta que faltaba un Costalito de joyería, joyería fina, en el cual estaba un regalo de mi hija y unos aretes de mi preferencia como les dije anteriormente no eran de oro, pero la joyería fina cara, pedí hablar con la manager del Hotel, creo que su nombre es Giselle, porque un empleado me lo dijo jamás atendió mis llamadas nunca en se me había perdido algo de mi cuarto en otros hoteles, en el cual me he hospedado, es muy lamentable hospedarse en un lugar donde no van a estar seguras tus cosas, estuve esperando más de una semana para que me contactaran y nadie me contactó! "Great looking hotel and really attentive staff who couldn’t do enough to help us"

"We only stayed for one night but wow what a nice hotel. They offer their guests fresh fruits/snacks, coffee and water throughout the day. Walking distance to everything in El Centro Historico. Great views. The cathedral is gorgeous must see. The tour buses pick up and drop off 1 block away from the hotel which made it very easy for us because we had 2 tours during our visit. The room was super spacious, the bed was very comfortable. We definitely would recommend this hotel. "
