My only issue is about room size, rooms are small but cozy, (Sophia our house keeper was above and beyond, 10stars for her), restaurante servers were outstanding, no complaints, excellent food and drinks, thanks to all staff our stay was nice.

I love this hotel, is located in the heart of the most famous avenue Reforma, the rooms are small, but I like them, very clean and comfortable that is the most important thing for me. I’ll recommend this hotel for everyone. You have everything close and you can walk from the hotel to see the zocalo, Bella’s artes, monumento de la revolución, Chapultepec, all the museos around, restaurants, malls, movies theaters, Mercado de artesanías, etc, etc, etc.

Staff was welcoming from the beginning even offering options of transportation and tours. Location was convenient to explore historical landmarks like the Chapultepec Castle (about 30 min walk); Angel de la Independencia, Zocalo, Bellas Artes. Also close to public transportation. The room was clean, but The Room didn’t have a refrigerator. They also had to move us to a different room. We had originally booked two queen beds, but ended up with the smallest room they could give us.
