"I gave 3 stars due to the staff at the front restaurant. On 8/21/26 st about 9pm, we went to the front for birthday drinks and instantly the bartender, blonde older lady was so rude. We asked if they were closed and she gave a look like we were dumb. The waiter whispered something to her and then she told us we can’t bring the beer, that we bought at the other restaurant, inside. Once we sat down the waiter took our order after having to call him several times. Then another group was waving him down and he was chatting with another waiter for several minutes before I called him for them. He seemed annoyed we did that. Then when we asked for the check he again was annoyed. Him, a red head waitress and the bartender all started whispering and laughing at guests. It was pretty obvious and inexcusable. The front restaurant and bar lacked in customer service terribly the whole trip but this was enough for me to write about it. All the other staff, specifically at Koola was amazing and attentive, in fact we mostly stayed at the pool there because they were so terrible. Hopefully that’s fixed before we ever come back"

"This was a good no frills stay for my sister, myself, and my son. The staff was helpful and friendly. The kitchen faucet was loose, and the bathroom had no expeller fan and the shower was slow to drain. The lighting also was quite dim. But overall it was functional for what we needed."

"The Bellafonte is a smaller boutique hotel a few minutes south of the airport. We spent a week in a 2 bedroom villa on the first floor. There is a small soaking pool and a private pier (which you can jump off and snorkel or swim). Upon arrival we were provided a tour of the property and our bags were taken to the room for us. The windsock resort, next door, is an easy place for food, and the quality and cost is reasonable. All the staff and housekeeping was very helpful and they always made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again."
