「Staff told me I had to vacate the area because my son was too loud and the room was a mess. I was told it was extensive cleaning needed, however wet toilet paper can be swept up. I don’t mind paying the incidental fee, that was actually $250, but staff said it was $200. What I mind was being told this at 8pm. Could have called or contacted me prior to the evening. When asked if I was going to get reimbursed for the remaining night, I was told since I booked through Expedia, I would have to...

「A short stay here while purchasing a vehicle. It is a very clean and renovated hotel. There was a lot of thought that went into the little touches this hotel offers. The bathroom mirror had a fog free section. Soaps, shampoos and lotion are lavender scented to help aid in sleep. Bottles of water and a few snacks were a plus. The A/C has constant fan. The front desk staff was friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「Was not clean… Rusty parts in the bathroom, unclean flooring, And supposedly the manager was burning incense in the lobby, which caused an allergic reaction. It was an awful experience.」

「First time saying at this hotel. Rooms were dirty, floors in bathroom dirty, felt like they only make the bed and wipe nothing down. Toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff gave us a clearly dirty plunger in a bag to unclog our self. sections of the wall paper cut out in squares on the wall in the bathroom with looks to be mold or stains. Shower had good pressure and clean but water leaked out of the door because the door seal damaged. We sat outside by the "firepit" all the chars around...
