Spectacular Taxco

This is a beautiful hotel. The apartments are very large with kitchen and fridge and separate dining room beautiful views and the prices are half the price of the large hotel Monte taxco next door.(but you can use all the facilities of Monte taxco hotel. The reception staff were very good.

Las habitaciones son amplias pero les falta remodelacion, estan muy viejas. Ayuda mucho la proximidad al hotel que presta sus amenidades a los huespedes y tiene un buen restaurante. El personal fue muy amable y profesional. Mantienen todo muy limpio.

Las instalaciones bien en general. La llegada terrible, la aplicación no te brinda la ruta más accesible, ya que por gps te manda por una ruta terrible.

Hay 2 caminos para llegar al hotel, el que atraviesa todo Taxco es super complicado, con calles empinadas estrechas y con trafico, además lleva mas de media hora llegar y la ubicación es incorrecta pues te manda a una calle por la que no hay acceso, por el otro camino que no es el que te marcan en la aplicación para llegar al hotel, toma 10min, deberían aclarar eso en la pagina del hotel, la alberca es fría y estaba sucia, la persona que nos recibió en el hotel olía a alcohol, lo único bueno es que tienen convenio con el Hotel Montetaxco y sus instalaciones son mucho mejores

Excelente lugar, tranquilo, solo recomendaria mayor limpieza profunda de vez en cuando por ejemplo movieran cabeceras para quitar polvo acumulado. Estar oendientes de mantenimiento electrico.

Mucho calor

Las villas son muy buenas, tienen privacidad, bonito paisaje, muy limpias, con todo lo necesario para vivirlas, utnsilios de cocina, saetenes, eso me sorprendió, solo tomen en cuenta en meses de abril y mayo hace mucho calor y se necesita vebtilador, pidan uno en recepcion, son muy amables.

Lo unico que recomiendo es que pongan mas cuidado en la ropa de cama, ya que de pronto reutilizan la de los huespedes anteriores y eso no es sano.
