"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. È un po' scomodo avere il bagno fuori dalla camera e le scale della casa sono strette. L'edificio e le camere sono state ristrutturate da poco. "Parking was terrible to find and then was the last person to find a parking spot. Other wise the hotel was in great shape which was very surprising!!! Some staff were very helpful while others were nonchalant!!!!"

"Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them."
