Find Hotel with a Concierge in Tateyama

Great staff, clean rooms, convenient place to stay

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Room was excellent with an amazing Mountain View. Full amenities and top notch service. Staff goes above and beyond and are personable and friendly, even as English speaking tourists. The breakfast was delicious and a perfect mix of made to order hot dishes along with a large spread of buffet items. The best hotel in Hakuba if you want a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Rika and Andy work well together we had a very good stay

La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. I definitely want to come back. 5 stars

This property is incredible, everything you need for a perfect stay. Kitchen well equipped , everything in great condition. If coming to Hakuba this is the place for you

Wonderful hotel, service, location, everything!

Great property. Close to ski resorts and easy to get around

It feels like we are part of their family. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The view from our room and from the roof top is breath taking. I’m sure gonna miss this experience. Forever in my ❤️.

Being a small hotel allows the team to offer a remarkably personal experience, with thoughtful communication and attention to your needs even before arrival, making you feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. The staff speak several languages fluently and are among the most professional, and genuinely caring teams I’ve encountered. You can really feel the dedication and attention to detail behind everything they do. The hotel...
