「Jessica at the front desk was amazing. So great with my son. Room was in need os some minor repairs but staff made up for it. 」

「The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and served enough variety. Very pleased with my stay and would return. 」

「When we got to the pool, there were many kids being wild and screaming. When the kids were leaving, the owner came over to my wife and I and told us that he would keep the pool open for an extra hour to compensate for our inconvenience. He paid for our drinks that we brought to the pool area and then even dimmed the lighting and allowed us to have the entire pool area to ourselves. We’ll never forget the hospitality shown to us on our stay. 」

「The room was clean and organized well. The staff was very personable. The breakfast was great. To have water and coffee available all of the time is very appreciated. We were there for funeral and had a lot of hang up clothes. We could have used more places to hang clothes. Maybe hooks on the wall and back of bathroom door. We would stay there again. 」

「Very nice, up to date and clean hotel, the staff was friendly and the pool was warm and clean. Sadly we missed out on breakfast because it was 7-9 and we had to leave by 6. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor and the people in the room above us were extremely loud and noisy all night, well past 3 am, stomping, dancing, etc but otherwise the stay was nice. I would recommend this hotel, next time I will bring a white noise machine!」

「It's okay, but it doesn't make sense to have no heating in the guest room this season. I asked the receptionist, and they didn't admit it. But that's okay. I'm only staying with my family for one night. I think there will be cold air in summer.」

「I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!」
