Ourika Camp Suites Hotel & Resort
Rooms were not clean, dead bugs everywhere and a terrible smell. We made several complains but staff didn’t care at all. Everything is outdated and needs a renovation. Poor standards throughout the hotel and whilst there many staff the level of competence is minimal The All Inclusive package is laughable - being forced to sit outside to have a drink from the Bar sums it up
