「The hotel is conveniently located just north of the Khiva old city, from there, everything is within walking distance. The room is quite comfortable and cozy. Staff were nice and helpful, very nice experience staying in the hotel」

「A modern hotel with very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staffs are responsive. However, the HVAC is hard to control. Our room was too warm. Our final control was to open the windows to cool the room. We enjoyed the hotel's wonderful spa.」
