"There is a door to the balcony and it couldn’t be closed , that’s why it is windy in the room."

I was promised a call from a manager after raising the issue but never received one, and my follow-up call also led nowhere. This was frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Hilton."

"We spent New Year’s at T City Hotel and were very disappointed. The service was terrible, and nothing was working—neither the pool nor the restaurant. Before checkout, we had to wait a long time in the lobby while the staff conducted a check, with no apologies or comfort offered. My daughter was in a winter coat, feeling hot, and we stood there while the process dragged on. It was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with a taxi waiting outside. This experience left a bad aftertaste and completely spoiled our impression of the hotel, which we expected to be more hospitable and comfortable."

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, always professional and quick to assist with any requests. The food was superb, with an impressive variety of options that easily exceeded expectations. Every meal was fresh and well prepared, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into the dining experience.
