It's an okay hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Tashkent. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the common area are alright. the massage was not good and the spa area unpleasant. it feels more like a town hall spa than a wellbeing one.

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful hotel--a series of red brick buildings around a garden area, secluded from the street, which itself is in a secluded, leafy residential area of Tashkent. Only drawback is that breakfast was not included.

My first truly bad review on 100+ stays. Don’t stay if you want peace and quiet. Constantly slamming doors, allowing kids to run up and down hallways past 2am (when I asked the front desk to do something about that, they said they couldn’t because of course they didn’t know what room the kids belong to— I bet it was the group of adults drinking in the courtyard all night), my room didn’t get cleaned one day of my stay, and on checkout they messed up my bill and tried to charge me for the three nights I already prepaid on Expedia. They were gracious enough to check me in early (50% room charge) and check out at 1800 with a full night charge. Then they say there is a commission fee on MasterCard. Broken AC units in the gym when it is legitimately 100 degrees outside (July) and placing “Reserved” signs on pool chairs? Hotel restaurant only had a third of their menu items available for some reason. Total ripoff, stay elsewhere.

2泊でお世話になりました。到着が遅かったので空港からYandexを使用して向かいました。約10分くらいで到着するのでとても便利でした。エレベーターがない為大きい荷物の方はかなり大変です。静かでとても広かったです。朝食付きだったんですが、生演奏もあり種類もそこそこあったので良かったです。モールやマジックシティからは遠いですがYandexを使用すれば問題ありません。また再訪の際は利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

Speciality local hotel

It does not look like a traditional hotel. Rather it looks like a fortres form the outside. As soon as you get in you discover a set of villas, located in an isolated courtyard, lovely decorated in a traditional style. This is very much in-line with a local archtecture.
