Great experience overall. Staff always ready to help, the Uzbekistan is one of those you could spend all day in the lobby and witness a chapters of a hipothetyc hotel sitcom.

Very convenient location but that’s about the only positive thing about this hotel. Really needs a full refurbishment, AC doesn’t actually cools down the room, WiFi isn’t available in all the rooms, check-in and payment is very slow.

Pleasantly surprised. It’s not a fine hotel by any means, but it’s a good place to stay for a night or two. The staff were very helpful and checked me in at 3 AM after my flight. The location is good and the building itself is special. And it was less than 1/5 the cost of the Intercontinental.

Brilliant stay in one of my favourite buildings in the world. Only minor feedback would be to have more plug points near to the bed in the rooms. Also, there were only 8-person tables at breakfast which meant I had to share with strangers which is not ideal for a solo traveller.

This hotel is just in the center of this city. So for that point, it was excellent. And everybody knows this hotel, so i did not have any problem to reach this hotel. But the hotel is a little bit old, so for that, I had to put negative point. But thinking about the price, I had to accept that point also, though...

Pleasant Stay

Great location. The concrete facade is imposing and that's the attraction. My room was very spacious although not perfect, it was very nice and acceptable. Currently the reception area is being modernised and I was told that rooms will get modernised as well.
