"Great location right next to the airport, and the staff were friendly and informative. Rooms were clean, modern, and the beds were comfortable. A few downsides: pool, spa, and other hotel amenities cost extra, which is unusual since most hotels include these. Parking also isn't complimentary, which is a bigger deal given the airport location. "The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."
