Nice room right in the heart of the city, very walkable and convenient. Just beware that if you have a room looking at the city plaza, there might be some noise from the plaza itself, not much but if you have trouble sleeping like me it can be a bit bothersome

Great location in the old part of the city. We had a balcony overlooking the plaça. The room was small but not smaller than advertised. Completely automated check-in and check-out. Very nice for the price.

good spot in the best part of the historic area

great location in alta near all the interesting stuff. not for down to the beach. aircon. great stairs are a bit of a chore but given the steps to alta no trouble.

I am happy

Simple room but nice for the money. Shower little bit small but I am not too big... :-) To be honest with you I am happy. I have had a nice bed where I could sleep and I cared more about my trips to Barcelona and Tarragona...

There is NOBODY to help you. Check in is with a machine and nobody is there. Bathroom so small my son couldn’t fit in the shower. I saw the single rooms and the room only has space for a bed and nothing else. Location and parking are great though

One night only.

for 1 night it's just ok. A tiny room with no insulation. People outside my room in the corridor being noisy @ 07:00. The room had the barest of bare essentials. This is all clearly done as cheaply as possible. The room I was assigned at the electronic check-in was not the room advertised. Some very creative photography in use on the website. More honesty concerning the rooms is needed here. I will not return.

Uncomfortable and unfriendly. Tiny room, tiny bathroom, tiny stairs. No staff to attend circumstances; you´re left to yourself. Heating was not working properly; someone across whatsapp was handling it, but wouldn't set it right. We had a remote control, but were told not to use it. No one would show their face to check it on the room.

Happy for the second time.

I am happy. I was there in this hotel for the second time. I had what I expected. Single room with shower. Nothing special but for this price. OK. Shower is really small, but I am not a big guy. So I do not recommend this hotel for bigger size people... :-) Room is simple but clean. Cleaning service is every day and I even asked the cleaning lady that they do not need to clean it every day. I was not in the hotel anyway. I just slept there. I did not go for holiday to spend my time in the hotel... :-) I say super. If the price do not change, I will go there every year. I just need a room with shower where to sleep. I am very simple person so for me it is perfect... Thank you.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Great value for money. Only down sida was lack of hot water in the evening. Lots of hot water during the dsy but not possible to shower before goung to bed.

Camera matrimoniale e bagno piccolissimi, solo una finestra senza affaccio verso l' esterno.Stanza buia e rumorosa ,disturbo notturno per condizionatori delle altre camere. Dal sito pubblicità ingannevole di camere con vista sulla piazza, ma così non è. Non lo consiglio.

La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación es muy básica pero esta bien para una noche, el baño era muy pequeño e incomodo, la vista de la habitación era una pared. El sistema para abrir uno mismo la puerta principal no funcionó un par de veces, en la primera llamé y me atendieron, la segunda nadie me atendió, fui a pasear y cuando volví ya funcionaba, eso me pareció muy incómodo.

Bom, mas não para qualquer um

Para quem busca localização acima de qualquer coisa, o hotel é bom. No entanto não há elevadores e as escadas são muito pequenas e há centenas delas rsrsrsrs. se você estiver com malas grandes e pesadas (que era o meu caso) será realmente muito ruim de carregá-las. Além disso não há atendimento, então você tem que ficar atento se levou a chave, se a porta está corretamente fechada, essas coisas... o aquecimento do quarto também não é muito bom.

Buena si estas 2 o 3 dias.

Habiion justa y baño pequeño pero suficiente para nosotros. No había tele, el aire le costaba de calentar la habitacion. La cama de matrimoio super cómodo y calentita pero las luces que hay no funcionaban asi que hay que salir de la cama para apagar la luz de la hanitacion. 1 enchufe a cada lafo de la cama.

If things can go wrong they will

What can go wrong will go wrong. First if this is the future of the hotel industry then God help us all. This is a totally automated hotel which means no staff on hand you have to phone someone up so make sure you have enough credit on your phone for mobile calls! Second, got to hotel, they gave me (a machine) an electronic key to a room that was already occupied by someone. This took 45 minutes to sort out they didn´t understand, I had to send them pictures. Thirdly, they changed my room after day 1 (another call) then the following day my electronic card key wouldn´t work (another call). So many problems with this hotel. They stated that I only had a reservation for 1 night when it was 4. If I had to choose again, this wouldn´t be the hotel for me! My advice is stay well clear of this hotel.

Funcional. Buena relación precio/calidad.

Habitación minimalista, con lo necesario para alojarse: Cama confortable, Ducha con buena presión y Aire Acondicionado. Al estar en el casco antiguo (plena Plaza de la Font) no tiene ascensor y las ventanas dejan entrar ruido del exterior o patio interno. No tiene personal de recepción, pero cualquier incidencia se resuelve telefónicamente en el sitio (en mi caso, un fallo en la llave) Repito habitualmente mi estadía aquí, sabiendo lo que voy a obtener por el precio que estoy pagando.
