「Very well maintained and fab to stay. We had dinner there and it was fabulous. I booked a table in advance. It was full when we were there, so would recommend booking ahead. Steak and shiraz with a peppercorn sauce. Breakfast was set out on a full table to help yourself with juices, cereal, pastry, croissants, toast and there were jams a plenty to chose, along with marmite. There were muffins and bars along with fruit basket. We were greeted and asked if wale would like tea or coffee. Staff...

「I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. The hotel's convenient location, excellent service, and serene ambiance made for a memorable stay. However, I did come across a minor issue with mould near the shower area, which slightly dampened my experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to...

「Very underwhelmed by our stay. We had room 122 for 4 nights. Bed was terrible - old and sunken, really uncomfortable. Battled spiders nightly. The worst was the shower - understanding that the hotel is really old and plumbing is tricky- we had zero water pressure unless the water was scorching hot. Like burn your skin hot. We notified the front desk but that was as far as it went. Thankfully the weather wasn’t hot - no fans or much air circulation with the small windows. The staff was friendly,...

「The Prince of Wales has bus-stops immediately outside the building and it is located opposite the entrance to Osborne House. Our breakfasts were generous in terms of portions and any extra requirements arrived swiftly. Our room was very good value and it was very quiet. Two minor issues with fixtures were resolved quickly and cheerfully. We did not have a car during this visit, but the bus journey from the East Cowes dock took only a few minutes on the local bus service. Great value , great...
