"I’d like to share my experience staying at this hotel. The main problem was the very poor soundproofing. While I was sleeping, a large group of tourists arrived at around 3:00 a.m. They were walking very loudly through the hallway and woke me up. I could hear everything through the door—they were talking loudly, moving their luggage around, and as a result I was unable to get a proper night’s sleep."
