Our stay was from 2-7th Feb.When I got my itinerary, it said the booking was only for 2ppl. I called abt the error made,to which tanya insisted i pay $500 for my 4 chldrn.I hesitantly agreed to pay the extra,since they wouldn’t refund me back.baring in mind we were here to bury our mother/nana.so we needd somewhr to stay. Massive thank you to Peter & Apii (fiona) who were so amazing with all our kids allowing them to be amoungst the activities hut whenever they wanted too and treating us all like family.
