I had a last minute change to my itinerary and needed a place to stay on short notice. Lutel jumped in to save the day. I think it's excellent value for the money, as the rooms and shared washroom are overall clean. I do think some of the details could use work (some mold on curtains, dusty behind the bed and on the floorboards) but I am not complaining for their rate. It is also a bit hard to find and there's not much in the area other than the surrounding outlet malls. Five stars all around for the staff however, they were incredibly kind and helpful in printing documents and accommodating my last minute booking. Plus it's close to the airport.

I had a layover and I decided to stay here. The taxi from the airport to the hotel was about $12. (Slightly overcharged if you take a cab from the hotel to the airport, the hotel charges a flat fee). The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was very small, simple, and clean. I was very tired and needed to sleep so it was exactly what I was looking for. The shared bathroom/shower area was very clean as well. One thing I noticed was that the walls are so thin that you can hear everything outside of the room. The girl who was in the room across my room was on the phone and I could hear everything. The alarm went off from the next room in the morning but the walls are so thin I thought it was my phone. He/she didn't turn it off and I ended up waking up much earlier than originally planned. If you want a good night sleep I highly recommend you have ear plugs or noise cancelling ear buds for your stay. Over all I liked the location, the price and the cleanliness and will definitely recommend this hotel:)

Great staff, great amenities
I have no complaints. Staff had been very helpful when an initial snag with meant book now, pay later had happened. Upon arrival in Taiwan, it was easy to reach from the airport via taxi, the front desk staff were comfortable assisting in both English and Chinese and the amenities were all in great condition. I received an upgrade on my initial reservation to boot. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

PREPARE YOUR EARPLUGS. Lots of noise around. (I have mine so I don’t know if they have them in the front desk but I would say it should be free on the desk like other hotels with similar conditions.) But anyways, what else can you expect from a $30 hotel for one night?

It was really noisy. There were people walking around in the halls around midnight and early in the morning. Paper thin walls. During peak times the restroom should be cleaned more often. It wasn’t the cleanest.

Its quite convenient location, for good 1 or 2 nights stop over hotel. Walking distance maybe a bit hectic for older travelers, so can take a Taxi for only Tw$120-150 for a short ride.

Great hotel for the price. No airport shuttle and the lack of dining around the area is disappointing. The hotel provides coffee and tea all day and bread from 11pm - 8am.

The staff is so nice and the public restroom and shower is clean and it looks really fancy! When I checked in early, I wanted to put my luggage in my room but the room wasn’t available yet, so the staff offered to my luggage in a safe room. This give me time to do whatever I want without having to carry all the luggage with me. This place is about 10-15 min walk from the Gloria outlets mall and the mall has many amazing restaurants if you are hungry!

Perfect for a quick stay
I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for just one night not too far from Taipei Int’l Airport. Lütel Hotel is perfect for that. I arrived to the hotel around 10pm and left at 8am. Front desk staff was expecting me I was checked in in minutes. The hotel reminded me of a hostel with private rooms and a shared bathroom. Rooms are very small and some don’t have windows. But they are very clean and have everything one needs for a quick stay. Staff that works there is very friendly and accommodating. Bottom line it’s a perfect place for a quick stay if you don’t mind to share bathroom/shower facility.

The staff are SUPER friendly, and very helpful. For what you pay for, it’s a great place to stay. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that the bathroom facilities were separated by floor (1st floor women’s, 2nd floor men).

Small but warm hotel
It is a very small hotel, apart from the room is very small, everything is ok from free unlimited water, toast and jam from 11pm to the next morning, to the warm smile from reception to call taxi for us.
