"Wir dachten wir können hier ein paar Tage entspannen - stattdessen sind wir frustriert einen Tag früher abgereist. Die Zimmer sind an sich modern und auch die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist auch gemütlich, und man kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Vom Personal her muss man allerdings sagen, dass alles sehr unorganisiert und chaotisch erscheint. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."
