"Wanted to be in the area before daughter’s summer camp tour the next day. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and served its purpose. I knew it wasn’t going to be the Four Seasons so I’m basing my 5 stars on expectations. Check in offered on app, ample parking, lobby clean, elevators close by, hallways updated, room and bathroom clean and beds were comfortable. We chose Rm 421 (nice to have a selection) which was quiet to traffic noise. We didn’t use the pool but nice amenity to offer. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast, fresh waffles and blueberry topping delicious. Server Charito was working very hard to refill food items and did so with a smile. I highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn!"

"In March 2026 I booked a two-night stay, despite the rough reviews, because my son is really into tennis right now and this trip was his 16th birthday present. The website depicted beautiful and spacious indoor tennis courts and we planned to just play our hearts out. We also planned to enjoy the waterpark and indoor basketball courts. The room was as pictured which was nice. Unfortunately, the restaurants and cafe closed several hours earlier than indicated on the night we arrived and the front desk offered zero suggestions. The next morning we discovered that the indoor tennis courts no longer exist - a massive disappointment considering it was in the low 20's outside with wind gusts up t0 25 mph. The basketball court was blocked off for a gun show the resort was hosting that weekend. The waterpark never opened on Thursday, despite the posted hours, and when it did open on Saturday, we were afraid to go based on the filthy, leaking conditions of the tube slides which could be seen from the parking lot. I contacted Expedia to complain and the hotel was unwilling to offer any amount of refund. They did offer us a late checkout and complimentary breakfast, which was actually lovely, until a baby cockroach walked past our view on the wall beside our table. My son and I made the best of it and there were two employees who stood out, Pablo in management and Louis in the Bistro, but other than them this was a massive fail. The health department should get over there asap. "

"The property was being renovated during my stay. Friends were luckier to be placed in a room that had already been remodeled. My room was okay, but in need of an update to clean out the ick that just builds over time. The work was being done directly above my room and started before 8:30 a.m., so I was awoken by drilling & pounding. Kind of a bummer to pay the same for a lesser quality experience."

"Parking was convenient and well lit. Doors to balcony and parking had large gaps so room was very drafty. Highway noise was loud. Continental breakfast left much to be desired."
