I always enjoy coming to the quest hotel. I stayed here three times in the last several months. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are clean for facilities on average are good. I like the fact that they actually have good hot water in the shower. Plenty towels. The swimming pool is very good with the bar in the middle great place to spend several hours. My only complaint is the food in the dining room.

Oceanfront property. We loved coming out of the elevator from our room and there is the pool and beach! Breakfast is delicious variety of foods. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We made the perfect choice of all the hotels! Its Excellent!

"I recently stayed at The Waterfront Hotel in Mactan and found the experience to be just okay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was defective, so I had to call housekeeping in the middle of the night for an electric fan to help cool the room."
