The hotel is located at the mid-level of a mountain and the view is gorgeous. The included dinner & breakfast were both fantastic. The private onsen inside the room was also a wonderful experience.

源泉かけ流し露天風呂付き部屋

部屋の露天風呂、源泉かけ流しはお湯も良くて最高でした。しかし何しろ建物が古い。最大限努力しているのは認めるが残念です。食事は予約していない場合、街まで山を降りないと食べられません。タクシーも配車アプリはないので注意です。

子供２人（３歳、０歳）と夫婦で利用しました。 接客がとてもよかったです。 ロビーの絵本や、哺乳瓶のレンジ消毒など、事前に相談し宿泊際にもスムーズに対応していただき助かりました。 ３歳の息子もご飯に満足していたと思います。 プールもあるので、いっそファミリー向けの宿にとも思ったりもしました。

お部屋に露天風呂が付いているので 好きな時間に入浴でき、子連れだったので、周りも気にせず入浴できとてもゆっくり出来ました。 職員の方も非常に丁寧に接客してくださり周辺情報なども教えていただきました。とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました。館内で地ビールを購入できたのもありがたかったです。 朝食の歳も子供用の椅子や食器を用意してくださり、子連れでもとても利用しやすかったです。また来たいなあと思います。

みなさん親切でとても楽しい旅行になりました。客室にある源泉掛け流しのお風呂がとても良かったですが、姉妹ホテルのキーテラスの大浴場も入れるとの事でお願いしました。送迎もしてくれて助かりました。近くに(車で5分くらい)三段壁や千畳敷があるので朝から散歩が楽しめました。

洒店沒有大浴場，但有車接載去Key Terrace Hotel 免費浸溫泉。房間的open air bath 很舒適，設備亦很齊全。 洒店地點在山上有點遠，自駕比較方便。員工服務態度很好，值得稱讚！

很好的日式温泉酒店，房內温泉很正，雖然舊了一點，晚餐是12道懷石料理，仲有龍蝦刺身，食物味道一流 ，早餐是日式，員工服務很好，原本想去白浜温泉公園試下大浴場，可惜已永久關閉
