「Great stay at Grand Hyam. Staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful when needed. We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture! Rooms are spacious and beautiful.
