The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable - while being at the centre of district 1. But the highlight are the staff that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive - whether that’s by greeting in front of the hotel and helping with luggage or taking care to show around the amenities of the room. It’s a huge accomplishment for the staff to be available and attentive at a compact yet busy facility like this one.
Kelly has been a particular star who went above and beyond in helping me navigate a food poisoning I acquired when eating out - including even making a booking at a local clinic and the best raw ginger tea I’ve had in my life.

Beware of this hotel. I did booked Arina hotel shop house but they try to cheating us and take us to homestay. I can't climb up too many stairs . So am complaining they're taking us back to the shop houses. Not stay again next time when we're coming back to Tây Ninh.
