The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

Staff were excellent, room very clean our only complaint is the bath is too high and my husband had difficulty getting out. Restaurant staff were excellent and shout outto Nicholas who was very helpful. The spa treatments are amazing. Loved our stay for second time.

Best hotel we have stayed so far .. including all the large 5 stars in the state, and. Elsewhere.. super clean and all the details were top notch. The breakfast buffet was not the best but the rests are definitely the best
