"Upon arrival parking was a mess due to a small unloading area and valet parking. When checking in the staff didn’t address the parking (valet or self park). You needed a QR code to open the gate and park. I had purchased the breakfast plan and breakfast was terrible. Cooked and left under a heating lamp. Although, staff was great. Upon booking through Hotels.com there was no mention that the pool was closed for repair. It’s Florida and you want a pool. Wine selection was ok, but they charged $21.00 for an average glass of wine. There was a nice walking trail close and the hotel was clean. More attention to guests upon checking into the hotel. "

"Front desk person was very rude and dismissive and would not allow me to speak when i was trying to explain my situation as i had some workers show up to stay at the hotel. They refused to work with me on changing the name on the reservation and told me i could not get a refund. Horrible customer service and overall experience."

"The room was fine. Beds comfy. The room was alittle outdated and the bathtub was cracked alittle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was also great. The pool was clean but you have to get up early to get a seat. We enjoyed are stay here and the price was good for spring break time "

"The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property. The toilet was running the hotel room was dirty.. the airport shuttle was late a few times that we had to use it. There’s plenty of hotels in the surrounding area. I would definitely choose a different one and maybe they should hire the two employees that helped me because they were excellent."

"We didn't get to the hotel until 8:45 PM and left on the 4 AM shuttle, so we didn't get to enjoy any breakfast or room entertainment, but the bed was very comfortable and room amenities were just fine."
