「This hotel was such a pleasant surprise in the heart of San Jose, and so close to the airport. They even helped us have our rental car picked up at the hotel ( which we didn’t know we could do) and gave us a ride to the airport! This made the last leg of our adventure super easy and much less stressful! 」

「I felt so welcome the moment I walked onto the property. It’s a very secure place and I felt very safe, especially as a female, solo traveler. The check in was very easy and the kind security guard helped me to my room. Jennifer (I believe her name is) is extremely sweet and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Everyone was so nice! The restaurant staff is so attentive and very efficient with the food orders. I was so happy to enjoy the free breakfast, the pool, and the wonderful...

「The blinds were so thin you can see inside the rooms. The door had no locks from the inside. Ants were always everywhere even at dinner time. Only one sweet lady who did an amazing job running the entire place and it seemed like I was the only one there at the time. This spa is not a good place too stay. Not even an iron or air conditioner was in the rooms at all either and list goes on. Stay away!」
