「The customer service is excellent and our dinner/staff was excellent as well. Some additional shade and loungers in the pool area would have been better as it was too bright and no loungers for us to enjoy the space. Maybe paint the white walls blue so that it’s not so stark. The personal room patio was soo nice!! Thankyou!!」

「Upon arrival the receptionist was offhand to the point of being rude. The room was quite small, no aircon and very basic No kettle, water or drinks facilities . Breakfast was the worst in three weeks all over Italy, comprising mostly cakes, basic orange juice, and some ham and cheese. Car parking was very good as it is a dedicated yard adjacent to the hotel which is in an area of narrow streets.」

「The property was very good for the price. It was big enough, included a small kitchen+balcony where everything you need was available. The only thing that was missing was WiFi in the room. Frish towels were given one more time, but there was no cleaning stuff in the room during the 5 days stay. Don't know if it was part of the room policy or was just neglected. 「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...
