"Very nice place with helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and we booked at 9pm. This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm. The day we should leave they also let us stay and helped arrange transport to the hotel. "Great place but wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The room was freshly renovated and quite comfortable however there were no blinds or film on the window in the bathroom making it feel very exposed. Lots of mosquitos and no repellents were provided and no window nets so could open the balcony or windows sadly. Breakfast options were very poor in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Sardinia and mostly included sweets. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as the weather wasn't great but...

"The area is amazing, the breakfast great and the staff friendly. Unfortunately we had allergies to dust mites in the facility and were not provided with any sort of response signaling that the staff would take measures to even check for dust mites or deep clean the facility in response to our feedback. We had breathing issues and had to leave (it only happened in the room, and to several of us)."
