Clara blamed expedia. - Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't). - Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left. - oven but no oven gloves. - no tea towels. - had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...
