「Very slow check in. Takes way too long. She needals training or understanding people dont want to take 15 minutes to check in. There is a line of people waiting. Respect it. Move faster. How many buttons you have to push back therenon that keyboard? Do better. Less chitchat. Read the room. Unacceptablly slow.

「I walked in to the room and walked back down and canceled my reservation. The floor was so dirty and even sticky in spots. In the lobby there was some kind of air fogger/freshener and it smelled horrible and was so strong. I was getting a headache in the few minutes I stood there.」

「Room was dirty, courtains were disgusting. Bed sheets smelled funny. No housekeeping..and $35 for patking/day.
Terrible. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!」
