「Stayed there 4 days for business, picked this hotel as the location is convenient to visit several hospitals. The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in, women hairs were found here and there. I phoned the front desk, they sent a staff holding broom and dustpan and asked me where the dirt was. 「夜班staff super friendly and make me feel geniuenly welcomed.
