In our booking, there are 2 bedrooms and two toilets and one of the bedroom has the view of Petronas Twin Towers. The room keeper, Mr Shohedul helped us to keep our luggage on our final day. The welcome card mentioned pillow options, but there was no pillow menu in the room and only one firm pillow available. I got a connecting room with poor soundproofing, and the sink’s hot and cold taps were reversed—I even got scalded on the first night. The curtains weren’t fully blackout, so light sleepers beware.
