White glove service all around. Plenty of taxis to catch at any time, hotel staff assisting with absolutely everything (even coordinating a courier to bring us an item we forgot in another hotel). The grounds are phenomenal. Beautiful to look at, so peaceful to walk through. Honestly there was nothing that didn’t meet or exceed our expectations here. (Note: The hotel is located up high on moderate hills, so if you want to walk a lot of places from the hotel you will be going down or up a bit. It was no problem for us, but something to be aware of.) If/ when we come back to Tokyo, this is the hotel we will stay at.
