「Jag älskade anläggningen men de behöver lite hjälp med att organisera service för jag är så trött på appar. Musik underhållning är lite för gammal tråkig musik. Annars var de flesta väldigt vänliga. Det är en retreat även för såna som reser själva. 」

「Spent 7 nights here. Our room was spacious, clean and with a very comfortable bed. Staff are efficient and friendly. We loved the breakfast which has a wide selection and high quality. Good location for the centre historic and restaurants」

「Good room size but lack USB charging facilities. Breakfast room was beautiful but small. When four of us checked in, we were asked to have breakfast at different time slots the next morning because they were not able to accommodate a party of four at the same time. The more disappointing experience was that quite incredibly one of the rooms assigned to us wasn’t even tidied up after the previous guests checked out. The bedding, the used towels in the bathroom, … something I would never have...

「Encuentro que El Refugio ha mejorado en cuanto a comodidad (colchones y almohadas) y detalles en la sala común. La cocina como siempre, muy buena. Para mí ya es un lugar al que ir a disfrutar de la cumbre de la isla.」
