The only saving grace of this hotel is its close proximity to New York time square. The lobby furniture needs replacing. The room we were in the curtain was in real bad shape. Very clean rooms and lobby. Also, I enjoyed relaxing & reading in the vintage-themed library/lounge, located beyond the check-in desk. I highly recommend the Hotel St. James, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

"I had a wonderful stay and honestly the staff could not have been more helpful. I felt incredibly spoiled and well looked after. The spa, gym and yoga were all enjoyable and the restaurants and breakfast options were also great. Can’t recommend it enough if you want a nice relaxing few days away ..."
