Talloires-Montmin Vacations

"We loved the location. We love the public beach in Talloires, and is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Our room had a great view of the lake and a small private balcony. The hotel pool was absolutely lovely with a terrific view of the mountains. Friendly staff, definitely hope to return here again."

"I chose the Hôtel Les Grillons based on nothing more than a quick web search and ratings. Always risky but it seemed like a good bet. I couldn't have been happier. The room was very nice, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and the food?!!! Wow, reason enough to stay there. I can't wait to go back again and soon."

"A very beautifully designed hotel in a fantastic location, but there isn’t great attention to detail, particularly for the price. For example, the bar is only available until 8.30pm, which is particularly early for a holiday destination, but there is no fridge in the room if you would like your own refreshments after this time. A fridge in a hotel room seems quite a basic requirement. There should also be water provided in the spa. There only seems to be 2 staff members present at any given...

"This is a wonderful large hotel, with great pool and lakeside lounge chairs! Very helpful when arriving and departing. Close enough to town by car. Primarily to stay there. One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... Thanks."
