"We love this hotel so much. We wanted to stay longer. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa. The sauna, indoor pool and hot tubs were fabulous. They are beautifully designed in a modern way that stays in harmony with the old world feeling of the hotel. The restaurant is absolutely delicious. We live in New Orleans, LA : a city known for its good food, so when we travel the food bar is set high. My husband is gluten free...

"Staff and amenities are great; but rooms are super small and not that clean, hallway to the room not that clean either, very little amenities in the room, very small washroom, electrical shortage in the room and lamp, room uses a power bar across the middle of the room, etc."

"Shame the restaurant was not open on the evenings of our stay. Water slow to run away in sink but otherwise all good. Very good location-pleasant walk down to the lake."
