"I booked two rooms for my family. The first night after check in was a disaster. My mother was getting ready for bed, when lifting the blanket we notice a huge very disturbing looking stain on the sheets. There was a bug crawling on the ceiling and another one dead on the floor. The sheets on either bed did not look clean. I went back and forth with the front desk. At first they wanted to charge me more to switch to a better room. Which is absolutely not right after being in such a gross room. We had children with us and would never let them sleep on those sheets. My room I tried not to complain as much but the sheets were old and puffy, one of the blankets had a big hole in the middle. And there were stains like lipstick or something on my sheets. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly at all. I even had to use disinfectant wipes to wipe down the door. There was chewed up gum sitting visibly on the tub wall. How could the cleaning person miss that, I saw it right away. One of the bathrooms looked like I had mold. The floors needed a good bleaching and their was someone else’s hair all over the floor. The rooms bothered me so much that I did not want to eat breakfast there even though it was included in the stay. If I cat trust the rooms then I can’t trust the kitchen. The staff was not so bad but I don’t think I will ever be staying here again. It’s needs a major upgrade."
